
With over a decade of experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within the securities industry, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities involved. Carrie holds a JD from the University of Missouri (1994) and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis (1991), providing her with a strong foundation in both law and finance.
Her securities career began in 2010 at a large wirehouse, where she handled compliance and legal matters. Since 2015, Carrie has specialized in supporting independent financial firms. Her previous roles as an assistant prosecutor for St. Louis County (1995-1999) and as a litigation principal at a St. Louis law firm (1999-2010) further equipped her with the experience and knowledge required to best serve our clients.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys staying active by working out, reading, traveling, and cooking. Her favorite way to spend time is with her three children: Isabella, Brock, and Grant.

Phillip is an Army combat veteran, where he spent years leading individuals in a high pace setting. Once his service was completed, he graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and got right into the financial industry. Philip brings industry experience to his role, assisting with account servicing, trading support, and day-to-day client needs. His background provides valuable perspective, but his focus is on delivering efficient client service and operational support.. As a previous Investment Advisory Operations Manager, Phillip learned the tools needed to run an operation on a high level. His passion for finance, and military background, allows him to bring a diverse level of experience that helps ensure a strong operational foundation.
Outside of work, Phillip, along with his wife Jenni, loves traveling, watching Chiefs and Mizzou football, and working on veteran initiatives in Missouri.

After nearly a decade working on the portfolio management team of a Kansas City-based RIA, his time there left him with extensive operational experience and a deep appreciation for research-based decision making. Austin and the rest of the investment management team are tasked with the design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the firm’s investment strategies.
A proud alumnus of Benedictine College, Austin’s formal education centered on accounting, finance, and economics. After graduation, he worked toward earning the CFA and CMT charters, both of which he received in 2019. The Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation is a globally recognized, graduate-level credential that provides the strongest foundation in advanced investment, analysis, and real-world portfolio management skills. Earning the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) designation demonstrates mastery of a core body of knowledge of investment risk in portfolio management and is the preeminent designation for practitioners of technical analysis worldwide.
Austin and his wife Anne enjoy hiking, skiing and watching Chiefs football – though they don’t have much time for hobbies these days while chasing around their four children.

Before joining our team, Aidan spent more than four years in the mortgage industry where he crafted how to take a meticulous yet efficient approach to operational processes to ensure a robust client experience.
Aidan graduated in 2020 from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in both finance and real estate.
Outside of work, you can find Aidan playing piano and electric guitar with his church’s worship team, attending car shows, traveling the country, and spending time with friends and family.
